Our guarantee and returns policy
We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do better next time! You can return an unused product to us within 28 days for a full refund provided it is in a resalable condition. Please note that refunds can only be made if the item is purchased directly from Grostore - this is in regards to faulty items as well.
We will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that have become defective within a reasonable period. When returning a product, please request a Return & Exchange form by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you.
Postage charges will apply to returns / exchanges that are not the result of faulty items or where Mayborn Group/The Gro Company. We recommend using Registered Post to insure you against lost post.
If you are returning an item, or order, with a value above $100 please contact us via email email@example.com. (Mon-Fri 9am -5pm) to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the error was ours, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us. You’ll find further details on the back of your order invoice.
